Can't overwrite or delete settings.php

第二步, 建一个php文件, 内容为

replace "path/to/file" with your path to the file, ex: sites/default

That should do it for you.

最重要一点, 运行后要删除这个文件.

I think its important to note that you need not include the file name. Just the path to the file directory.
