a) Lots of Content
b) Hundreds of inbounds Links
c) Tons of Traffic



Build a site and write tons of content. Information, reviews, etc. Solicit links (you'll get them if you write an authoritative site). Join free, reputable affiliate programs and add them (make sure they are relevant to your content). Add AdSense. Buy quality traffic if it is affordable (use AdWords if you can find cheap, relevant keywords). Your site will grow if you pay attention to it.
It takes work and time, but it will work. Just don't expect riches overnight.
