net user administrator /active:yes 系统错误5 拒绝访问的解决办法？
1、开始->所有程序->附件->c:\命令提示符 对着“c:\命令提示符”右键选择以管理员身份运行；
2、弹出的对话框选择“是”； 3、在命令行中输入net user administrator /active:yes 开启 4、在命令行中输入net user administrator /active:no 5、关闭注销当前账户后，便可以看到administrator账户已经开启/关闭了。
